Concrete Testing

Service Description

Concrete testing will be conducted as directed by the client. Our technician will visit the site to sample fresh concrete for physical properties testing and to prepare five specimens for compressive strength tests. Physical properties testing—including slump, air content, unit weight, and mix temperature—will be performed for every 50 cubic yards of concrete placed each day. One specimen will be tested at 7 days, and three specimens will be tested at 28 days. If the 28-day tests indicate strength below the specified level, one of the specimens may be tested at 56 days. We will prepare reports summarizing the results of field testing after each compressive strength test is conducted. Additional site visits may be required for cylinder pickup when other testing has not been scheduled on the same day.
